I’m Coach Rod Bridges. I have been a dedicated student of the art and science of boxing for most of my life. I started Eastside Boxing Club to offer an inviting & inspiring environment to share my knowledge with others who desire to learn the sweet science.
For the boxers who are hungry for the knowledge to build a successful career, we will walk the journey together step by step in my no-fail system.
If weight loss, improving your level of fitness and overall health or just giving your life a bit of a shakeup is what you seek, I’ve got you. All you have to do is show up and follow my lead. I promise nothing but awesome reward is on the other side.

On any given day at EBC, you will find hungry boxers (novice, amateur & pro) working on the essential fundamental skills of boxing required to become a Champion. Utilizing the Master Boxing training so know you will have the proper skills, grooming & mentorship you need to become a Champion.

BOXING FITNESS / BOOTCAMPS

PERSONAL TRAINING
As an official Master Boxing Education & Program Partner, this is the program where you will dive into the science of boxing. You will attack the fundamentals of Footwork, Punch Logistics, Offense, Defense, Counter Punching, Sparring in a digestible manner. As you progress, you will learn styles development such as the Philly Shell & the Peek-A-Boo.
There is a concentration on making sure your strength, conditioning & nutrition stay on point.
If you’re looking to get a jump start on learning boxing technique, losing weight, gaining strength, and developing muscle tone, our Boxing Bootcamp is for you. Our proven regimen of boxing drills, high-intensity cardio, and strength training will give you tangible results.
Appropriate for all fitness levels.
Time to kick-start a new routine? First time boxing? Need to focus on specific skills? Just want to focus on strength & conditioning? We offer one-on-one private training to clients at all skill and fitness levels.
Our boxing training is the best in the city - expect drills, exercises, mitt work, bag work, and more! We can also tailor your sessions to focus on fitness areas outside of boxing. If you’re interested in strength and conditioning, weight loss, or something else entirely, just let us know
